What is Cuero Gobbler Baseball?

Cuero Gobbler Baseball represents the Cuero High School baseball program—Varsity, JV, coaches, families, and the entire community that supports our players.

What does the coaching staff oversee?

The program is led by Coach Saenz and the Cuero High School coaching staff. The Booster Club supports operations, branding, events, and communication.

CBAT vs. BOOSTER CLUB

What’s the difference between CBat and the Booster Club?

CBat is a nonprofit created years ago by a wonderful group of parents who took it upon themselves to build Cuero Baseball from the ground up.

Their early work built the foundation for the program we have today.

CBat’s role includes:

• Maintaining and improving the baseball field

• Managing the field lease with the City of Cuero

• Mowing, dirt work, repairs, and equipment

• Supporting youth baseball and facility upkeep

CBat remains a valued partner today.

Cuero Gobbler Baseball Booster Club (CGBB)

The Booster Club is a new nonprofit created specifically to support Cuero High School Baseball through:

• Fundraising and sponsorships

• Wall-signs and scoreboard graphics

• Branding, media, and communication

• Team meals and events

• Direct coordination with CISD and coaches

How they work together:

• CBat = Field & facility stewardship

• Booster = High school program support & fundraising

Together, they strengthen Cuero Baseball at every level.

SPONSORSHIPS

How do sponsors sign up?

Visit the Sponsorships page and choose a level (Grand Slam, Triple Play, Home Run). Pay online or request check pickup.

What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit/Debit

• ACH

• Check (pickup or drop-off)

• In-kind donations

Can sponsors upload their logo artwork?

Yes. The sponsorship form includes a file upload section for wall signs, scoreboard art, and social graphics.

When do sponsorships renew?

Annually in November before the spring season.

Where can I find the schedule?

On the Schedule page. A graphic version and MaxPreps sync link are both available.

Will MaxPreps update automatically?

Yes. GameChanger → MaxPreps → Website keeps data clean and consistent.

What upgrades are planned?

Who funds the upgrades?

The Booster Club funds improvements through sponsorships and community support.

How can parents volunteer?

The Parents & Booster page includes signups for:

• Concessions

• Special events (Dickie Gable Night, Gobbler Fest, etc.)
